Curious how The Handel Method, Inner.U, and Handel Group came to be?Good question.Over 20 years ago, back when “life coaching” wasn’t even a thing, let alone a cool thing, Lauren Zander, creator of The Handel Method, and her sister, Beth Weissenberger, started their own executive life coaching business.Lauren was, after all, her own guinea pig for her method, cracking her own code and hacking into her life. From hearing her own inner dialogue, nailing her excuses, parsing her personality traits, resolving hauntings (unshakeable memories from the past), and excavating her lie list and cleaning up every last one of them.
