All in on Yourself

I spoke to 13 people who want coaching this week. And you know what the overall reason they wanted coaching? Structure. They have ideas, they have potential, they have Dreams, and they need help turning their dreams into reality.

This is a great reason to come to coaching. And spring is a perfect time to take all of those ideas that have been propagating in the soil and decide which ones to cultivate, water, and fertilize.

One thing we will do is narrow down the ideas to the top priorities, clearing space to focus and flourish. A lot of energy leaks out when we run around chasing all of the possibilities.

We will create a plan with you and hold you to it. We will help you get clear on your dream and plan, and hold you accountable for doing it. This structure will hold you and help you be more effective. One of the best side benefits of doing what you have been saying? Self-confidence, Pride, Self-love. These are the byproducts of Personal Integrity®.

When you go all in on an idea and make it a reality, you can also decide if this is what you want to do and why. You won’t know if you don’t go all in. Put both feet in the boat and cast off from shore. GO all in on your dreams, on yourself. When someone asked me in January what my theme for the year was, I said “Betting on Myself”. I had just moved into my own place for the first time in my life. I'm all in on myself and my dreams this year. Join me!
