For 15 years, I was in a marriage where we ran our businesses, raised kids, and built homes. We were busy and did not prioritize our marriage. And then I met a man on a work trip, and he gave me attention. Yikes, right? Yes, you guessed it, I drank up that attention like a parched desert bloom. We tried to rearrange our marriage and priorities, but alas, it ended in divorce. Although I left my marriage, the feeling of attention being so nourishing and affirming has never left me.

I have loved watching our small group clients flourish in the same way. Five clients come together weekly for 10 weeks to have Lauren pay close attention to their dreams, their struggles, and their accomplishments. Lauren is exceptional at identifying your blind spots quickly and calling them out, enabling you to understand and overcome them. We created the small group model to allow people to work with Lauren more affordably. You will get 10 sessions for the price of two 1:1 sessions.
