Inner.U is the University of you. This course will grow your confidence, pride, and self-love. You will walk away with the ability to say, “Here is my light and here is my dark, and this is what I am doing about it.” Own your full self honestly up front. Nothing is left hiding in the shadows to manage or fear. You will learn to love all of you or change the parts you don’t love.

Self-awareness is crucial for leaders. Self-aware leaders are more open to feedback and self-reflection, which are essential for continuous personal and professional growth.  Twelve modules will walk you through this process. You can do a self-study, or you can join the free Masterclass that is included in Inner.U. Lauren Zander, the creator of the Handel Method and inner U, leads the masterclasses, and she is there to answer your questions and do on-the-spot coaching for anyone who needs it. You will be part of a group that shares the human experience, and you will learn from others and feel more connected. Lauren is an extraordinary teacher and coach who will teach you a new way to see your life and empower you to live true to your HIGHEST SELF.
