Farewell 2020. Bring on 2021!

Well, here we are and we made it to the end of 2020 and to say the very least, although this year was not easy, we rocked it! As a business, we performed well this year and, even though we lost a few key accounts that carried a lot of weight due to COVID (who we expect to return in 2021), we came very close to matching the great success we had in 2019.Some of our greatest hits from 2020 include:

• Changing lives and supporting a huge community of people that became dependent on us and our Method in a global pandemic

• Having 5117 total users on the Inner.U platform

• Teaching the world that we can all work on Zoom and be even more productive

• Creating great partnership with several leading VC companies

• Expanding our company and work to Brazil, New Zealand and Europe

• Our 7 newest Executives (and the old ones, too) are kicking ass

• Growing our team with 3 new coaches graduated

• Setting Lauren free to launch her new projects which are off to an amazing start

• Successfully launching our partnership with Vayner and transitioning into a serious scalable growth phase as we head into 2021!

HG Corp client Luminar went public. We took shares in the company as a part of our agreement in coaching them, and our shares are now worth 10x the value of coaching we provided!HG Edu announced Design Your Life: High School! Gaby closed a 100K deal for HG Edu with Stanford Med School for an Inner.U Student and masterclass series that will serve 160 students and faculty over 5 years!HG Life has kept their total sales promise each month that Molly Simmons has been Life’s Customer Relations Manager, accountable for sales. Bravo Molly! HG Corp completed their $6mm promise for 2020 by December 11. Finance has done incredible work upgrading HG’s systems and processes this year. Kudos to Agata, Isabel and Amy K for this! They’re moving toward 2021 dreaming and filling cavities. Go team!The December CIT Unraveling, led for the first time by Danielle Tridenti alongside Hildie, was a great success and the CITs did great work.Our first-ever Zoom holiday party was held on December 10 - special thanks to Shir, Marnie, Chrisa, Madi & Ned for pulling together a lovely way to celebrate the end of the year!

Humans shifting:

 HUGE Congratulations to Beth Halper who has graduated to Life Coach!Madison Rodgers, our Event Manager, has decided to leave HG to pursue more creative endeavours. We are sending Madison love and gratitude for her hard work delivered with grace in her year at HG. She will wrap up mid-late January -- details of a farewell to be announced. In HGU, Suzee Edwards has stepped forward to act as trainer-coach for additional CITs in 2021. Danielle Tridenti is stepping forward for additional leadership of CIT group processes. Hildie Dunn has stepped forward to take on additional command of the HGU organization. Go team go!Gemma Ruger has started writing her parent letter as she moves to the last phase of her CIT training. Go Gemma!Jake Edmonds has done well as an intern in Finance, and we're happy to report has stayed on for an extended period.
