Hi friends! We're hiring an Events Manager!

Events ManagerFull-Time Telecommute - Work from homeReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of Handel Group, the Events Manager is accountable for the production management and execution of all HG events. Overall Accountabilities

  • Plan: Maintain the Marketing Events Plan. Ensure records are accurate and up to date 

  • Lead: Lead team meetings to delegate tasks and ensure cross-functional alignment and execution

  • Project management: manage all aspects of events internally (through HG systems) and externally (ie. Meetup, etc) 

  • Partner Negotiation and Management: negotiate contract terms with HG and third-party vendor, working with all parties to fulfill on agreed upon terms of event. 

  • Stats: Monthly maintenance of program stats and reporting of stats on a regular basis

  • Collateral Ordering/Handling - place orders for promotional materials (brochures, postcards, books, etc.) and manage tracking/budgeting for marketing collateral

  • Maintain: Archive of all files, protocols and agreements related to events

  • Communication: manage & update changes to events on website, newsletters and online listings

  • Coordinate: Appointments, travel plans and meetings

  • Budget: Manage budget according to plan, report accordingly

  • Live Event Support: Attend all live events in the New York area! Support Talent with any needs throughout event, register clients for consultations/newsletter sign-ups, support talent with any collateral materials (ie. books, etc)

  • Social Media: Take pictures/video for social media at the live event

  • Special Events: project manage and produce special events outside of normal events schedule, as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Completion of one or more HG programs: DYL Weekend, Inner.U, Maybe It’s You and/or 12+ sessions of Private Coaching

  • Client relationship skills

  • Project Management skills in implementing marketing strategies

  • Some experience in customer and market research

  • Relevant product and Life Coaching industry knowledge a plus

  • Experience with relevant software applications: Google Analytics, Google Apps for Work, MailChimp, Facebook Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn.

  • Wordpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint
