The launch of the newly redesigned Inner.U, our online coaching course that gives you the tools to do this life thing a little better.   • The Usual Q’s: And finally, I answers all the questions I already know you will ask, yes I've done this a few thousand times.

  The Buddy System

Ok, this is one of the keys to your success. Not to mention, one of the funnest. The Buddy System connects you with a human or humans to be your co-pilot throughout this course. Use this person(s) to help keep you moving, cheer you on, and pick each other up off the (internet) floor, as needed. 

  The Promise Tracker
