Love over Fear

In our small Career Group yesterday, Lauren was coaching a client who is an actress and producer, and she has a fear of rejection. Naturally, right? It comes with our human wiring to belong and not be cast out. We have to use our Higher Self to do the scary thing anyway.

Lauren took it a step further. When this client gets a project rejected and feels hurt, can she relate to the hurt as the desire itself? Our hurt and disappointment are a direct connection to our Dream. If you want something bad enough, you will feel this pain and use it as fuel. What you failed at is fuel. Now you know how badly you want it, your vision is clarified, and your connection to your mission is fortified.

We can all have an amazing relationship with rejection and failure. Let it make you wilder and smarter. Keep going. The world needs you to stay true to your Dream. We are here to believe in your Dream too. Believing in each other’s dreams is the water in the desert. This is love. Love over Fear.
