More than a Course

When we created Inner U in 2019, we wanted it to be more than another Course; we wanted it to be a Community, and so it is. It has been six years, and over 60,000 people have signed up and joined Inner U.

Inner.U is the University of You. In this course, you will understand and conquer your fears, kill procrastination, and create the personality you want.

And you don’t have to do it alone. We meet on Zoom weekly, and Lauren Zander, the creator of the Handel Method and Inner.U, will coach, teach, and support you as you connect to your heart’s desire and uncover what is holding you back from living it.
