Participants offer each other support, encouragement, and accountability, creating a sense of community and shared purpose. It is also more affordable than 1:1 coaching. Dream | Design | TransformGroup Coaching Series with Kimberly Cabot

Known for having one of the best laughs ever, Kimberly has been a part of Handel Group for a decade. Before becoming a coach she was an organic farmer, started a winery, and understands what it takes to follow through on a big dream. She also healed her relationship with her ex-husband and has learned so much from dating and finding love. Her relationship with her two young adult children, as well as her aging parents, is extraordinary, based on a foundation of open communication and vulnerability. In this Group Coaching series, Kimberly will help you get clear on your Dream, a plan to make it happen, and teach you the tools to overcome the obstacles.

NOTE:  Minimum of 10 participants to run.  Series will start once full.Must purchase or own InnerU to register. Group Coaching will be held over Zoom and recorded.

Career Focused Small Group Coaching with Lauren Handel Zander 

Lauren is the founder of the Handel Group and creator of the Handel Method and InnerU. She powerfully calls out anything that she sees getting in the way of your dreams. There is no one you want more than Lauren in your corner advocating for you.You can join her next small group coaching series focusing on Career.  This small group coaching is a deep dive into the coaching you need to move you to higher ground in your career and your life.  This series is limited to FIVE participants for a highly focused and accelerated experience.In this group you will:

• Get clear and specific career-focused coaching

• Learn how to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be in your career and your life

• Deal with the negative inner dialogue that sabotages your success

• Learn the tools to design the way forward

• Learn from others and the coaching they receive

Accountability & Apologies; The Process and Practice 

For many, the word accountability evokes fear, anxiety, avoidance, and thoughts of punishment.  

What if we could reframe accountability in the context of our relationships (with self and others) as an opportunity to grow, change, and cause healing?

Accountability is a process and a practice that requires courage, vulnerability, and skill.

Join Danielle Tridenti, Vice President of HGU & Senior Executive Coach for Life and Corp for this 90-minute virtual workshop to explore the process and practice of accountability.  In this workshop you will learn:
