In the last chapter of 2024, I had some big challenges. I had a full hysterectomy, 4 weeks later, my dad died, and on that same day, my boyfriend was laid off from his job. I moved in with my boyfriend and his daughter 4 weeks later. That relationship ended in December, and I moved again. It was hard.

And you know what helped me keep my head above water and not just survive but set myself up to thrive now? Yeah, you guessed it… coaching. It was incredibly helpful for me to talk to a coach weekly and get perspective on my life, keep my mind right, and walk toward my truth in integrity.

I am now living in my own sweet spot in Santa Monica and feeling blessed and eternally grateful for the coaches in my life. I have access to the best in the business and I want to share that with you.
